User Information Download
If a user wishes to leave the platform they can download their data from within their account if they so wish to retain a copy. This request is sent to support who will authorise the down load after confirmation from the user by email or other forms of communication.
Request to delete all users data
A user can request to have their data erased from the system by sending an Email to [email protected]. After confirmation from the user by email or other forms of communication all data (except for that listed below) for the user will be erase and a confirmation email will be sent when this is done.
Data that is retained by us.
The only data retained by us will be the data on the payment gateway that confirm your payment and subscription details. This data is not retained on our site and is only available in the payment gateway itself and is used only for Income reporting.
